Hatha Yoga is a slower paced class that allows ample time for the student to focus on developing skills necessary to find safe alignment in the poses (asanas). The creative use of props offers the student feedback in their body empowering them to create the same action on their own. This is an all levels class and recommended for beginners as well as those wanting to deepen their understanding of alignment. This class is also good for anyone care of wrists, shoulders or back.
Hatha Flow begins to pick up the pace a bit as we explore movement within a pose and how to safely navigate the transitions that link them, along with synchronizing the breath to create a smooth flow. This is an all levels class. Perfect for beginners and is gentler on the wrists.
