Introduction to Yoga 4-Week Series

The Yoga Intro Series is a 4-week series designed for people who have never practiced yoga, returning students who would like to ease back into a regular yoga practice after a hiatus, as well as regular students who may have missed, or would like to revisit the fundamentals.

Instructors: Morgan Ward and Carrie Wallace

Dates:  TBD - Returns in the winter, Wednesdays

Time:  6:00pm-7:30pm

Cost: $65

Maximum number of students is 10 to ensure one on one instruction.
