Has fall busyness and thoughts of the holiday season created inner frazzle? Are you missing the long, warm days of summer? We understand, and meditation can help. Meditation is as core to yoga as the postures we enjoy. Our minds, bodies, and relationships with self and others benefit greatly from universal practices to develop ease, vitality, equanimity, and balance. With a little support, anybody can bring meditation into their daily lives. In this 4-class series you will learn how to meditate and how to maintain a nourishing, uncomplicated home practice. Included will be instructions on how to sit comfortably and how to incorporate practices such as breath, mudra, and visualization. You will receive helpful handouts and a homemade wrist mala to use during meditation and to keep as a reminder of your practice
This series would be wonderful for beginners or anybody interested in reinvigorating a meditation practice.
For those who already participated in this series, you are welcome to sign up again to keep your practice going. Each series is now tailored to the season in which it is offered. For example, the fall series will offer practices to help with the stabilization of fall energy, adjustment to the rainy season, and peaceful movement through the holidays.
