In this interactive class, you will see and experience how to successfully read food labels while grocery shopping to make the healthiest choices for you and your family. You’ll take an up close look at how food companies cleverly label their sugar-loaded products to entice the consumer, and what you need to look for to avoid these hidden sugars. You’ll learn how sugar affects the body, the different types of sugars, and which ones are healthy for consumption vs. those that are not.
With just one simple shift in nutrition, you can begin to transform your health. You will leave this class feeling inspired, empowered and excited to continue your health journey, and receive tools you can use for a lifetime. We will break it down in the simplest format so you can walk away feeling confident and ready to take action.
