Somatic Body Experiencing Workshop
This workshop is for anyone who experiences occasional or chronic pain in their body or, who would like to improve their posture. Somatic exercises are subtle but highly effective ways of moving that re-educates your muscles at the level of your nervous system. In this workshop you will learn 8 Somatic exercises that will teach you how to release pain causing tension in your musculature, restoring your breathing, balance and coordination back into your body and life. You will also receive free online access to the exercise videos so you can successfully continue your practice at home. Most of the practice is done lying on the floor or seated, however a chair can be provided for you.
