Family Yoga is a playful class for families to explore the practice of yoga together. We will work on asana (postures), breathing, and meditation techniques; as well as flexibility, partner work, games and more. We'll use props and stories and music to cultivate a joyful space together. Families will leave with knowledge of poses they can practice at home. Class is designed for care-givers and children ages 5-12.
Family: Ages 5 - 12 with either parent or extended family/caregiver
Frequency: 2nd Sunday of every month, 4-5pm
