Judi’s first experience with yoga was anything but zen. However, she was fascinated with yoga’s holistic approach integrating the mind, body, and spirit that facilitate balance and healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Judi believes yoga is for everyone, that no one should have to go without these benefits. This is what Judi wants to share as a teacher of yoga. By chance Judi was offered to teach prenatal yoga. Right away she saw the profound benefits of yoga for pregnant women and decided complete Prenatal & Postnatal 85hr yoga teacher training through 8 Limbs Yoga Centers. Yoga’s holistic approach to wholeness continues to fascinate Judi, and she continues to study both anatomy and philosophy, and the therapeutic benefits. Judi has trained in Prana Flow with Shiva Rea and the playful style of Katherine Budig. Judi is a E-RYT 200 and RPYT, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga instructor, and Essential Low Back Care Program certified instructor, and has studied yin and restorative yoga.
