Koshas - 5 Sheaths of Self Workshop
If you’ve taken more than a couple yoga classes, by now you know that yoga tells us we are more than just our body and our thoughts. In fact, yoga tells us we are comprised of 5 layers of being, or Koshas, ranging from the physical body to the most subtle experience of bliss.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss yoga theory of the Koshas, how they relate back to the Yoga Sutras’ 8 Limbs, and have an experiential practice of each of the Koshas. The workshop will include a couple short and basic asana practices, a pranayama (breath exercise) practice, and a couple 10 minute meditation practices.

About the instructor:
Leslie has been teaching yoga for 12 years (RYT500) and practicing for 19 years. Her B.A in Psychology fostered her attraction to the mental benefits of yoga and its scientific approach to working with the psyche.
