Pelvic Floor Health Yoga

The pelvis is a mystery to the general population. Yet many people, at some point in their life, suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor pain, low back pain, and even inability to breath fully. These and other pelvic “Pains” are some of the stories our pelvis holds. Pelvic Floor Health Yoga is designed to address these and other issues by allowing us to reconnect with our pelvic floor. This is accomplished through self-exploration and an individually designed yoga practice. Through yoga you are able to reeducate the pelvic floor, releasing tension where needed, and strengthen where needed, creating a sense of balance and comfort.

Session price is $75 and run approximately 60 minutes
