Pelvic Floor Health Yoga

The pelvis is a mystery to the general population. Yet many people, at some point in their life, suffer from urinary or fecal incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor pain, low back pain, and even inability to breath fully. As a Pelvic Floor Yoga Educator Judi will guide you on a journey to discover your own pelvic floor through education and a personal yoga practice. This journey includes an intake form and open talk of your pelvis story, breathing practices, and yoga postures. Judi will then design a yoga practice especially for you to support healthy pelvic floor function.

Some of the issues that Pelvic Floor Yoga has been able to help are:

  • Incontinence

  • Prolapses

  • Vulvodynia

  • Vaginismus

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • General Pelvic Floor Pain
