Infant Sleep Workshop

One of the most talked about topics you hear parents bounce around is SLEEP. It’s not just a buzz word – it’s a parent’s reality. How do I get my baby to sleep? How much sleep does my baby need?  What should their bedroom environment to encourage sleep? Should we co-sleep?  …. So many questions and while there are hundreds of sleep books out there, who has time to read them when they are sleep deprived, not to mention they all seem like they have conflicting information.

Desiree Baird is a certified sleep coach based in Everett, WA, that will go over all of the information you need to help lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits from birth and beyond. She holds her BA in Communications, and MA in Journalism.  She earned her sleep consulting certification after becoming slightly obsessed with infant sleep after having twins (2008), and a third baby (2017).  She has helped families all over the United States that have encountered sleep troubles with their children.  She is passionate about educating families about sleep (babies and toddlers), as well as helping sleep deprived parents go from sleepless nights, to blissful nights.  More information about Desiree can be found at
