Tween & Teen Yoga

Join us on the first Friday of the month for Tween and Teen Yoga. This class is created specifically for youth ages 11 to 16. Through their yoga practice students will develop a deeper appreciation and respect for themselves and others as well as developing a positive self-image, an inner and outer strength, coordination, balance and focus. Students will learn mindfulness practices through breath work, engaging games and guided meditation.

This class is interactive and our themes and discussions will be based on student input, interests and requests. No previous yoga experience required.

Dates: Fridays - February 1, March 1, April 5, June 7

Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Cost: $12 per class
