Bringing the Ground Up - Prop Workshop


Join us for an enlightening workshop to unlock the full potential of your yoga practice.

Through guided instruction and hands-on teaching, you will gain a better understanding of how props can enhance alignment, provide support, and facilitate deeper stretches.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this workshop will empower you with new techniques to deepen your practice, improve flexibility, and find greater ease and stability in your yoga poses.

Samantha is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor with over 1600 hours of education that began with her first Yoga Teacher Training in India. With a focus on fresh food and appropriate exercise Samantha recommends tailored meal plans, yoga practices and daily routines that support wellbeing from the inside out.
