Janet is a E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP® which is a fancy way to say she has been teaching and studying Yoga for a long time… since 2016. She has taught all over the world US and in South Africa where her journey began.
Self proclaimed Yoga nerd, her free time is spent, learning, talking and pondering all layers of yoga asana and principals in relation to the modern body and mind.
As the owner of Yoga in the Center, a studio for self discovery and exploration, she guides students and teachers to discover a deeper connection to their center, their atman, and there truth.
