Yoga inversions are a category of yoga poses that place your head below your heart and hips.

In this two hour workshop you will explore the fun and challenging world of inversions. You will learn drills that will to help you achieve your first handstand or be stronger and more stable in your existing handstand.

What to Expect:

  • Handstand anatomy and alignment

  • Warm up

  • Drills to build strength, flexibility and overcoming the fear of falling

  • Practice going upside down with hands on assist

  • Q&A and going over any mobility and strength drills you should incorporate into your daily routine. (yes that’s a fancy way of saying homework)

  • L at the wall

  • Handstand

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle

  • Yoga blocks (if you have them)
