GENTLE SUN SALUTATIONS FOR EXPECTING MAMAS

Join us for a special yoga class where we focus on the sun salutations. Sun salutation sequences are common in many yoga classes and are a great foundation for building strength in your body. Come spend some time with us to learn how to modify this sequence for your current stage of life and practice! 

This class is perfect for prenatal (and postpartum) mamas looking for a slightly stronger more dynamic practice.

What to Expect:

  • ~10 minutes of instruction breaking down the sun salutation sequence, including modification opportunities

  • ~30 minutes of flowing through the sun salutation sequence, with time for questions and feedback

  • ~20 minutes for periods of warm-up and rest throughout our time together

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle
