MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION

Relax and reduce stress as you explore the mindfulness of Yin Yoga and move through different types of meditation in this 90 min workshop.

Cultivate mental awareness through movement, breathing exercises and visualization.

Mindfulness will bring your awareness to the present moment, allowing you to find calm, clarity and centeredness.

what to expect:

  • Gently hold poses for 3-4 minutes in Yin Yoga.

  • Practice meditation techniques that include breath, mantra, humming and visualization.

  • Enjoy mindfulness in community with like-minded people.

  • Leave feeling centered and grounded.

  • Blankets, bolsters and blocks to help support you in feeling comfortable and relaxed during yoga and meditation.

  • Mat if needed on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
