Join us for a rejuvenating Autumn Sound Bath designed to awaken the senses and reflect the beauty of the season.
Settle into the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and nature-inspired melodies as youβre guided through an extended sound journey. The gentle glow and earthy aroma of seasonal incense will deepen the immersive experience, helping you release tension, reflect on gratitude, and reconnect with the essence of fall.
Warm herbal tea and spiced apple cider will be served, adding an extra layer of warmth and comfort to this cozy autumn gathering.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply restful, meditative experience where you relax while the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments wash over and surround you.

Mat if needed on first come basis. We encourage you to bring your own if you have one.

Arrival & Parking Directions:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, get comfortable, and settle into your space before the sound journey begins.
Parking is available behind the building and in the underground parking garage.
Please note that there is no entrance from Main Street. For upstairs access, walk through the breezeway between The Lodge and Bequest. The stairs and elevator are located at the back of the building.
Savannah studied Psychology at Western Washington University and has been learning Pacific Northwest Ethnobotany, Herbal Medicine, & Plant Identification for the last several years. She is a forager, lover of sound therapy, meditation, yoga, & mindfulness practices. She is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner through the SoundEmbrace Institute and has completed two 10-month herbal medicine/ ethnobotany apprenticeships through Trillium Medicine and Raven's Roots Naturalist School.
She owns & operates a small business selling wild-harvested & handmade herbal products in addition to providing sound therapy workshops & private sessions for clients in Washington state. She has several years of experience working in education, mentoring, & coaching people of all ages. She serves clients in need of self-care, who want to connect with their higher self and become empowered to move forward into the lives they want to live.

If you experience tinnitus, vertigo, migraines, sound sensitivity, or an inner-ear or vestibular condition, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. You are always welcome to bring earplugs, choose a spot farther from the instruments, or step out if you become uncomfortable.
