  • One-hour restorative practice using props like blankets and bolsters for ultimate support and relaxation

  • One Hour Yoga Nidra guided meditative practice to access deep laters of relaxation and healing.

  • Complete the practice feeling profoundly rejuvenated and centered with a clearer mind.

  • Enjoy post-class tea and socializing if you choose.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a practice where the body ‘sleeps’ and the mind remains awake. Usually performed lying down on the back in savasana, the student is then guided through a series of rotational awareness cues to bring the mind into the subtle layers of consciousness. The practice of Yoga Nidra can be used for deep relaxation but also had been proven effective in trauma patients, and other needs for deep healing. In addition to healing, it’s a practice that rejuvenates the body, mind, and, energy as it's been said that a 45-minute practice is equivalent to a 3-hour nap!
