Meet Abbey: With over six years of teaching experience, Abbey views yoga as a beautiful pathway to self-discovery and healing. She completed her initial training in Bellingham and expanded her knowledge in New York City and Thailand, where she discovered the art of Thai Bodywork. Abbey’s classes are welcoming and inclusive, fostering self-care and authentic connection.
